Project Overview
Early collaborative meetings led to the delivery of the scheme’s two Primary Settlement tanks as a turnkey package. Our 360° Package solution included:
- The design and on-site construction of two conical concrete tank bases incorporating central hoppers.
- ULTRASTORE® Tanks featuring our newly developed Stainless Steel internal Launder systems.
- Due to the site’s hydraulic design, the Primary Settlement Tanks needed to be partially buried below ground, necessitating bespoke designs for both the concrete base and the tank walls.
- Our in-house designed half bridge scraper system.
Project Headlines
- Cost Reduction: Eliminates the traditional “fee on fee on fee” structure.
- Accelerated Programmes: Sequential activities minimize time on site.
